Sequences that introduce you to the four classic dishes of Italian cuisine: appetizer, first course, second course, dessert; in a harmonious succession and with the possibility of choice. Without excess, fillers, or downtime.

But ‘proportion’ also means care for the guest and involves every moment of the visit: from the warm welcome to the discreet service; from the quality of the bread to the overflowing malga butter; from the petite pastries to the coffee – an exclusive selection curated by Matteo and Elena in collaboration with ‘Gli Ormesini,’ a small and spirited roastery from Verona.

Matteo’s great passion comes to characterize a WINE LIST that follows two directions: on one side, a wide selection of traditional great names; on the other, a surprising collection of ‘natural’ references, often proposed to accompany step by step the journey promoted by the cuisine.
